1. Description of Service

3Dmosta provides a cloud hosting platform that allows users to upload 3D models (.glb files) and generates unique Augmented Reality (AR) QR codes for viewing those models across digital and physical mediums.

2. User Content and Responsibilities

You retain all rights to the 3D models you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a license to host, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you and your end-users.

You agree NOT to upload:

Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
Content that is illegal, offensive, or malicious.
Files containing viruses, malware, or destructive code.

We reserve the right to remove any content or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Some aspects of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. Payments are processed securely via PayPal. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your PayPal account, which will downgrade your account to the Free Tier at the end of your current billing cycle.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall 3Dmosta, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
